AND TRAINING SERVICES
Under
the New South Wales OH&S Legislation - Occupational
Health & Safety Act 2000 and Occupational Health
& Safety Legislation 2001, all businesses are required
to have in place an OH&S management system. The
following areas must be considered when formulating
an OHS Management System:
- Identify all hazards in their workplace;
- Assess the risks arising from those hazards;
- Implement measures to eliminate or control those risks;
- Provide instruction, training and supervision for employees; and
- Consult with employees on matters which affect their health, safety and welfare
To assist you in meeting the legal requirements, HRT Solutions:

meet the requirements of an OHS Management System.

WorkCover and nationally accredited training in OHS

provided with a WorkCover accredited certificate for
WorkCover accredited courses and/or Statement of
Attainment for VETAB accredited courses.
